Shipping Information

At Hearth & Wreath, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Area: We currently ship within the continental United States only.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to Alaska, California, or Hawaii at this time.

3. Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

5. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

6. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, inclement weather, or seasonal demand.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Hearth & Wreath. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

All returns must be approved prior to being shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance or sale items.

Seasonal or holiday items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hearthandwreathllc@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can quickly assist with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped.
